adoption of current medical treatments, which utilizes the
newest and most advanced trends in technology, and the
advances of information technology; all position the
biomedical and clinical
engineering systems , technologies as a top priority for the
states leaders, government’s policy makers, health care
practitioners, including; Physicians Engineers, healthcare
and clinical staff and informatics scientists. The new
medical-tech era has proven its positive impact in providing
a better healthcare
environment and facilities. Consequently, the medical sector
is continuously
upgrading its technology capacities and its healthcare
management’s practices , techniques, roles and strategies
. The development of the proficiencies and
competencies of ,biomedical ,clinical and medical
engineers staff, systems and tools ,equipment in The Arab
countries are considerably called for serious
collaborations between field experts,
practitioners, researchers, informatics scientists and
